Order Cancellation Policy

Jewelry Outlet permits order cancellations only prior to shipping label generation. Payments remain in 'Pending' status until a shipping label is generated and refunds in this stage are sent back to the original payment method.

Once a shipping label is generated, the payment is marked as 'Accepted' and refunds are exclusively issued as Store Credit thereafter, acknowledging the payment processing and other fees incurred by Jewelry Outlet upon payment acceptance, appraisal, shipping insurance, and label generation.

This policy balances customer flexibility with the operational and financial commitments of preparing an order for dispatch.
